In the 240 GHz range, we offer integrated transceiver radar frontends (RFEs) with on-chip antenna and a maximum operating bandwidth of 45GHz. These products cover the worldwide 244-246GHz ISM Band and are offered in a low-cost QFN package. These products are ideal for short range radar systems which require high range resolution for non-conductive material thickness measurements, material analysis, imaging radars, in-line inspection systems, level metering sensors.
